simple, straight-forward rhyme that has been
brewing
inside me for several months. With both guts
and gusto, I finally
decided to 'let it out.' Hence, I hope that
my humble efforts as a Health
Minister-turned- poet will touch your heart
and most of all, inspire you toward healthier
living! Remember: You don't have to be sick!

Since our last newsletter, life
at The Living Way
has been anything but slow and uneventful.
Early in November
I returned to my art studio to 'let the paint
fly' and fly it has!
Eight new oil paintings and eleven pastels
have come off of my easel.
When I wasn't painting, I was creating raw
masterpieces (!)
in the kitchen, tending my indoor sprout
garden, feeding the wood stove,
and emptying the compost. What a thrill! Thus
far our winter has been so mild that I did
not start the woodstove until November 1, and
some days (even recently) no fire was needed!
On the tech side, our websites and email
accounts have been transfered to a faster
server; and last but not least,
I went back to school (!) to learn the
PowerPoint program.
If I learned my lessons well and all goes
according to plan,
I will launch my first PowerPoint
presentation at our
January HANDS-ON HEALTH meeting!
Locals, I invite you to come and cheer me on!
Speaking of school,
hopefully everyone finished the Healthy
Homework
that I assigned last October. With lessons
well learned, I look forward
to hearing healthy feedback! In the meantime
I am happy to report that last
fall's JUICING demonstration has received a
number of hits
on Central
Maine's CATV YouTube Channel. Hats
off to those
who watched the presentation and subsequently
began a juicing program!
In closing, I am encouraged that
an increasing number of friends (new and old)
have begun to take the health message to
heart. Experiencing a
sickness-free life is possible! Start
claiming your ultimate health today!
