RAW GRANOLA
1 cup hulled oat
groats
1 apple
few raisins
1/8 cup sunflower seeds
1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup coconut
Soak overnight all ingredients
except apple and coconut. In the morning, drain off
water and rinse. Place in bowl. Add chopped apple and
coconut. Mix well.
GROATMEAL
1-2 cups raw, hulled, organic oat groats
1 apple
few raisins
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. coriander
Soak
groats in water overnight. In the morning, drain off
the water and rinse. Place in a serving bowl and add
sliced apple and raisins. Top with cinnamon and
coriander. Pour almond milk or freshly extracted
apple juice on cereal.
Almond
Milk
4 cups water
4 almonds
2 dates
Blend in a blender until
smooth. Drink as is or pour on raw cereal and granola
GROAT CRACKERS
3 cups hulled groats, soaked overnight
2 stalks celery
1 small- medium onion
1 large clove garlic
1 tsp. thyme
couple dashes of cayenne pepper
Drain and rinse groats. In a
food processor, finely chop celery, onion, and
garlic. Add groats and process together. Place in
mixing bowl, add thyme and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
Spread 1/4 thick on teflex dehydrator sheets,
scoring into desired cracker shape. Dehydrate at 95
degrees until dry (about 24hrs.)
