ULTIMATE MEAL

Being a live foodist can often present dietary limitations,
especially in relation to survival situations. I often wondered
what we would do in the event of an emergency when fresh, living food
was not available. While most people eat and store cooked, processed
(dead) food, what does a raw foodist do?

As it so happens, recently we were introduced to The Ultimate Meal
replacement, a product that I found intriguing in that it appeared
to be the perfect answer to a raw foodist's dilemma:
What do we do when we don't have time, space,
energy or equipment to prepare a live meal
or more importantly
What do we do if the trucks stop running?

Out of curiosity, we tried The Ultimate Meal and were happily surprised.
We found it to be entirely easy to use, palatable, and satisfying (filling).
The only downside that I see to The Ultimate Meal is this:
1) it contains a form of soy
(appearantly a small amount)
2) after eating it, I felt a slight mucus residue
in my throat and chest which I attribute to the brown rice protein
or possibly soy content. As a raw foodist, I don't eat much grain, since
it is acid-forming nor do I eat soy. We are hoping that the formulator
of The Ultimate Meal will consider switching to hemp protein
over brown rice and soy.

Other than this 'after-affect,' The Ultimate Meal proves to be a workable
meal replacement solution for us. Coupled with BarleyMax, we believe
The Ultimate Meal is a rare, high quality, LIVE FOOD that can
successfully solve some of life's more urgent nutritional needs.
